Player Classes
Nephrite Doom has several main characters which are playable as classes each with their own abilities and arsenal.
Status Effects
Each character makes use of one or more of these status effects.
Special Abilities
Each character has a special ability that is either passive or is activated at any time using the new Special Ability 1 and 2 controls added by this mod.
Unique Ammo
Each character uses their own set of ammo having a primary type of ammo for each of their weapons and then a special secondary type of ammo which they generate through their attacks, etc.
Item Spawning
Weapons and ammo used by each character will spawn on top of vanilla (Doom/Heretic/Hexen/etc) weapons and ammo as well as modded weapons and ammo if they extend vanilla items. Those with zscript experience can easily extend the spawner for compatibility with other projects.
Coop Features
All characters are designed with multiplayer coop in mind but also work independantly for single player. There are also Beacon and Teleport controls added where any player can begin a beacon so that their team mates can teleport to them.
